Refund policy
We take great pride in quality checked all items before dispatch. However, if an item / parcel is delivered in damaged packaging, please sign for as such and notify us ASAP, in order for us to recover damages from the courier.
We will endeavour to replace any goods received damaged by no fault of your own. We will review each case as it arises, as much information and even photographs of the damaged packaging and / or goods, will help to speed up the process.
If you simply decide that you made your order by mistake and wish to return the products in perfect condition, then you will need to repackage the parcels and organise the return delivery to Plant Belles HQ,. Email us your intention and on receipt we will refund you the cost of the items (note: not including p&p).
